A 55-square-meter apartment located just two minutes from one of the most charming beaches in Rimini.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a comfortable shower cabin, bidet, toilet, and washing machine, and a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and an open kitchen.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and includes Wi-Fi connection.
To guarantee an umbrella and sun loungers at a convenient price, guests can take advantage of agreements with the local beaches. Additionally, a convenient capsule coffee machine is available to enjoy authentic Italian coffee.
For those who wish to indulge in some extra luxury during their stay, breakfast is optional and can be enjoyed at a four-star hotel located just a few meters from the apartment.
In the same hotel, you can also enjoy the swimming pool; the weekly price with unlimited entrances is 50€.
Along the path between the apartment and the beach, there are two high-quality restaurants (da Thomas and Tortuga Beach), considered among the best in the city! Furthermore, you can enjoy a splendid view of San Marino.

Within a two-minute walk, you will find the beautiful beach, particularly Tortuga Beach, which offers an excellent restaurant and even evening events. In just five minutes, you can reach the Lagomaggio stop of the Metromare, a convenient way to reach the historic center of Rimini and Riccione without having to deal with traffic or spend too much money.
All the restaurants, bars, shops, and the main promenade are just seconds away from your apartment. Despite being located on a quiet side street, you can still enjoy the tranquility and peace you deserve!
The Metromare stop (Lagomaggio) is less than a five-minute walk away. The main bus stop (Line 11) is less than a three-minute walk away.
Within a few minutes on foot, you can reach the beach and the main promenade with its shops and restaurants.
